Our government has no issue going into debt for anything and everything they want, aside from social services. The whole concept of a younger generation having to take care of a growing older one means nothing to me. If they care, they can shift their priorities on reckless spending. If they don’t (they dont) then the population can take to the streets and demand they start caring.

In Georgia it’s illegal to travel 15 or more under the posted speed limit, including on non interstate roads, unless otherwise posted.

Many of those same states have outlawed voter led initiatives, meaning they have no recourse to change to rcv without changing the majority of their states legislators with people that support it and will pass it. You’re talking over a lifetime of change necessary to undo that damage. That still is hoping that dems will actually vote against their own best interests once in majority control…

Highway speeds are already dangerous. Living in utter fear of people marginally over the speed limit to think an irritating beep is justified the moment you exceed the limit is a sad existence to torment yourself with.

Do you legitimately believe getting in an accident going the speed limit on the highway is less dangerous than 5 or 10 mph hours over?
