Shortly after the statement, the Supreme Court abruptly declares Mangione guilty.
Trump holds a public execution within a month. Possibly profiting off it by selling tickets to his billionaire backers.

Black friday used to actually be good. but like everything good, corporate greed ruined it.
It became a week long event, then a month long event, then companies figured out if they slightly hurt sales in late october/november by doubling prices, they could massively increase sales for black friday, and make those sales at near normal retail pricing too thanks to JCPennying.
I still shop black friday when I can. not to buy into marketing hype, or to buy something for its normal price and think I got an amazing deal, but because I hope to find something i actually need in a discount price I can actually afford. . . Which is getting rarer and rarer with each passing year.
