TeamViewer is terrible in my opinion, I can almost never get it working on my parents’ laptop.

I get them to install the latest version, I have the same version and without fail it not connect and will give me some error about the other device didn’t respond or the connection failed.

I tried RustDesk and instantly I got a connection. I won’t be touching TeamViewer again if I can help it.
