in my theme there is a picture of a cat (cat is made by neural network called Pika.ART) which rotates. like on this gif: i have attached the github repo with the theme. the contents of the repo should be placed in the “cat-loading” folder at this path:

/usr/share/plymouth/themes/

i hope it works out for you and you test my theme…
