Gotta have a soul to become a ghost. And dinosaurs didn’t wear shoes.
Lot of nuance here. I like it.
Real answer: Because ghost’s aren’t real, of course.
Hippie bullshit answer: Because ghost’s have unfinished business, and since dinosaurs weren’t sentient in the way humans are, they won’t have any unfinished business.
They probably got a lot more fibre in their diets than modern day humans do, so it wouldn’t take them as long to finish their business.
There’s sort of a curve to it. The older a ghost gets the more powerful they get. That’s why most ghosts you see are older. However, the longer they’re around the more likely they are to finish their business or to get over it and move on.
Ghosts exists in the plain they lived at. That’s why it’s often thought a ghost is flying but really it’s just going up some stairs long forgotten like the keys on their mantle piece.
So dinosaur ghosts are merely at the same level as dinosaur bones we don’t see them on the account that dinosaurs never got around to inventing shovels. They kept putting it and putting it off. They were also meaning to file that Meteor insurance form too but stamps had just gone up 30%.
Ghosts must remain close to the place where they died. Dinosaur fossils are underground, therefore dinosaur ghosts are as well.
Since you don’t follow your remains after death (people ghosts tend to haunt houses rather than graveyards) it means we have no method to excavate them. They will always be underground.
This is the fate of all ghosts, to slowly be buried by time until you wander the dark abyss alone.
Do you like Final Fantasy? I feel like there was a film about this
There are no dinosaur ghosts, but there are pseudo-imaginary ones.
