Protein shakes are just so yucky. I can‘t stand the texture and taste, doesn‘t matter if flavoured or not.
Skyr is what eat a Kilo of per day and it‘s so much better bc it tastes great with most fruit and ground nuts

For optimal gains that would be best. I personally used whey for years and just don‘t take the 'building as serious as I used to, so I don‘t take it anymore.

Honestly the semantics don‘t matter, sport and protein is good for anyone. As long as you show up to the gym etc. you can be proud of your achievements however they may look.

What I’ve got is finally a taste I enjoy. But the volume I have to drink just gets difficult. Also I’ve just never been good at smoothies every day

That’s the popular one. I’ve gotten a good result with bananas, orange concentrate, and coffee grounds. The bitter helps it not get nauseating towards the end.
But like I said, at this point it’s just the texture of smoothies that’s hard anymore. I really like the taste of what I got

You know I think I did a long time ago. It was on sale at a grocery discount store and I bought it because I prefer flavorless. Wasnt bad, good consistency too. But I think the protein per oz was low. Would have bought more if I could get it consistently at that price
