If the informant is available and can go, we also need [to] assess whether that informant will be able to make a cold approach on targets yet to be identified and attempt to buy drugs. We specifically discussed meth during the meeting, and AUSA [Assistant U.S. Attorney] Todd Greenberg said that in light of the current circumstances, the USAO [U.S. Attorney’s Office] would be willing to prosecute cases with a lower drug threshold than usual.””
