    I’m not against innovation in desktop computers I just struggle to understand the use-case for an Agentic OS. I don’t know how it would improve anything especially considering how confidently incorrect LLMs are (by nature!)

      It’s an excuse to collect more data for training their AI models. They somehow need to justify to send all your documents, your data to their servers.

      They used all data available on the Internet and that still is not enough. Humans don’t have fraction of the fraction of the fraction of that data, yet still can be intelligent. I would think that it would be enough proof that this is a dead end.

      the use case is making the bullshit I invested all my money in worth enough for me to cash out and leave some stooge holding the bag before this bubble collapses.
