The only setup/configuration you need to do is select the folders you want included. Windows doesn’t do that for nested folders as far as I know. I was using John’s Background Switcher because the native Windows slideshow sucks.

Plasma’s wallpaper slideshow does exactly that. The only setup/configuration you need to do is select the folders you want included.
