Isn’t immediately purging anyone that disagrees with you politically a trademark of fascism? Unless the gal is cheering on the genocide that Israel is commiting, I don’t think it’s very democratic to fire anyone that thinks positively about Israel. She’s part of the NYPD, being kinda shitty is a job requirement.

People don’t react well to a purge. If she fucks up, then fire her for cause. Zohran is doing the right thing for the current material conditions. He’s not in a position of absolute power where he can ignore building coalitions. And even if he was, that seems to not be the best approach.

talking so much shit about every single left-wing politician that Donald Trump gets elected is a mark of fascism too. 🤔

Her views on foreign affairs isn’t relevant to the job. It’s the same thing we said when Zohran was constantly attacked by the media for his views on Israel/Palestine.

    Don’t be hypocritical.

Nobody said that. Zohran said he wanted to follow international law and be an example. And now he’s putting top Zionists in top positions of his administration.

Zohran got popular by being pro Palestine and has seemingly already thrown that overboard.

Literally everyone said it. The clip of him being asked at the debate if he would visit Israel as mayor was what started it.

No Zohran has been extremely outspoken pro-Palestine in the past. He said he would have New York follow international law and ban trade with Israel until Israel abides by international law.

You’re missing the point of my original post.

I’m simply saying no one should criticize a NYC police chief for their views on foreign affairs for the same reason a NYC mayoral candidate shouldn’t be criticized for their views on foreign affairs. Did you think it was legitimate for him to face that criticism during his campaign?

Yeah, a genocide is no big deal.

      Vote blue no matter who!

      /s

You all are just sad and desperate at this point.

Being celebrity worshippers does not help; it hinders progress.

We must always demand and force politicians to do the bidding of the poor and working class.

Politicians already have little lawyers defending their every move; they are called PR teams. You don’t need to do their job for free; just apply to their campaign.

We shall never stop calling out any politician.

We are not celebrity worshippers, like you seem to be; it hinders progress.

We must always demand and force politicians to do the bidding of the poor and working class.

Mamdani is already showing signs of a careerist politician, similar to AOC, Bernie Sanders, and Obama.

pray, Mr. Lefty, which celebrity does it seem I worship?

That’s my whole point, you’re so tied up with your own purity tests that you’re shooting in a circle. Why do you think Trump won?

which celebrity does it seem I worship?

You are defending a politician instead of forcing them to the left.

I encourage purity testing; it keeps politicians in check.

Why do you think Trump won?

Genocide Joe and Kamala were just status quo politicians and Trump’s pseudo-populist talking points.

We have a broken system; the duopoly is owned and controlled by the oligarchy.

So again, we need to stop being celebrity worshippers and start forcing politicians to our demands.
