I wish the big actors would utterly refuse Disney and Paramount on moral grounds. I can’t blame the people trying to break through, but once you hit a certain level you have money for life and can be as picky as you like.

I support the Green party and everyone who is fed up with Democrats and Republicans should work on going third party. Especially after the most recent government shutdown showdown. So icky. Green Party Pride all the way for me!!!

Ok. Disney has bent the knee to China and removed anything remotely LGBTQ2S+ from anything released there. They also had to be sued to pay royalties to many many people, and have made propaganda films a bunch of times. I’ll eat any three of my hats if they stand up to Herr Trump’s fascist bs.
As shitty as it is, you need to comply with local laws to sell stuff there. If depicting murders is illegal, movies depicting that would need to comply as well.
Anything can be propaganda when viewed through a certain lens, there’s plenty of US made propaganda movies, they’re played in other countries. I don’t think there’s a company out there that hasn’t produced propaganda of some kind.
No arguments. I guess my point was Disney likes money, and will likely not do anything to push back against the current administration to continue making said money.
