Never seen a strap that does this and I’ve owned about 30 in my life. Bad ass

My trick is I keep them in some sort of satchel with bungee cords etc in each vehicle but also keep a roll of blue painters tape that I use to put a wrap around each when I coil them up. It’s been a good system for the last 15 years
