Fast-Poop Oatmeal In a pot or microwaveable bowl mix: 1/2 cup large flake oats 1 tbsp flax seed meal 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk pinch of salt Boil and serve with fruit, cinnamon and nuts.

The cheat is oatmeal and coffee for breakfast.
Fast-Poop Oatmeal

1 tbsp flax seed meal
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt
Boil and serve with fruit, cinnamon and nuts.
