I’m just surprised that the shelves lasted long enough that the board went first. I picked up two used - LG and Samsung - and the plastic shelves in both were well on their way to falling apart.

Mine are metal brackets with tempered glass shelves. So I guess it could be worse lol.
Still, the only reason I have a Samsung fridge at all is because it came with the house.

I’ve heard good things about Liebherr but they better come with a butler for the price they charge.
