Modern social media is a toxic cesspool, purely intended to line the pockets of the technocrats, at the detriment and exploitation of it’s users. I have zero qualm with young people being spared it.
And yet, here you are, not only taking part in it but also advocating for the continued enshitification of it for those you deem worthy enough to even use it. To come onto fedi, a place that stands in opposition to the censorship of social media by governments based upon what they deem acceptable viewpoints to hold and say, without irony, that such fascist policies are for the betterment of humankind is wild. Next thing we know, you’ll be complaining about women having skirts that go above their ankles.
