That’s the “fun” thing about ceasefires, everything continues business as usual until the agreed start time of the ceasefire.
So if the document says “we’ll start the ceasefire at noon tomorrow” expect bullets to fly and bombs to fall all the way until 11:59:59.
Btw Israel already broke this ceasefire.
