Pixel 9 or earlier with GrapheneOS (ideally purchased unlocked without a carrier contract, so in-store or on ebay), sandboxed google play services, and ideally using FOSS apps as much as possible.
2nd hand phone is another option to reduce traceability, I just got an 8a.
eBay’s associated with used goods, but that’s a fair way to put it.
