I could be wrong, but the fact that he’s confessed makes it so that the news sources don’t have the usual liability issues that require the use of “alleged”.

Nothing really interesting imo. Just a bunch of comments that literally anyone his age would have written, e.g., cat memes, video games, weather in Utah, etc. I guess it paints him as just a normal kid but maybe he kept his thoughts to himself.

That’s exactly what’s interesting about this. The Media is probably freaking the fuck out right now because he was a regular kid like Luigi. Not easy to define as simply left or right. A normal person with his own life that was still being harmed by the system. It’s still rule numero uno of revolution: When the system no longer works for the middle class or the elite. That’s what’s freaking them the fuck out.
Yea, but you could find these kind of messages from anyone. 99% of everyone’s messages are gonna be mundane boring shit. What’s the point of posting those? Plus, aren’t most shooters just normal people with their own lives?
But if they try to force this to be a political issue, despite the testimonies of his closest friends, they can use that to crack down on the left even further. Likely using ICE and the NSA.

But even if they were not “normal”, you could still find these types of messages. Maybe they had a physical journal with all the hate but online they lived behind a mask.
Like it’s one thing to say, “hey, we searched all his messages and found nothing weird,” but it means nothing to say, “hey, we found a few messages and they are very normal.” It doesn’t give us any information. Of course you’ll find some of those messages.

So far? Not even. Literally the only thing that’s clear right now is that he had a trans friend. Who he may have been closer to than the rest of his friends. He also likely felt like he needed to keep just that a secret from his family. Kinda like having a trans friend in Nazi Germany, right?

If the text messages are true and the reddit account is correct, then it seems pretty likely yes. But that person had no clue he had done what he did.
I would have been surprised if they did. There’s just a lot of misinformation and overcorrection going around, so I’m hearing “they’re making up the trans roommate” more often than not, and it’s all getting confused for me.
Yeah. So many people just blindly pushing that it must have been a trans person without any evidence and then when that was clearly debunked, they quickly just assumed some trans person must have been somehow involved. And they were still wrong. So I get why people strongly doubt it (especially when some of the reddit posts are now private). But it does seem that a person whom seems to be trans . how many cis people know about how a bunch about how much YMMV with HRT and name specific SERMS and how people report mixed success? The only alternative is claiming a person who changed their steam name from Lance to Luna is a femboy cares a lot about HRT and SERMS because they are a femboy, which technically is possible but also insulting to assume as much unless they have said that themself.
Once again, that’s all assuming those accounts belong to the people they’re alleged to belong to.
