Giving it to Congress is good, but why not just put everything out there to everyone? Anyone moving in those circles had to know something sleazy was going on even if not the details. The children will be assumed innocent by their present ages. Other victims can finally tell their true stories, backed up by the documents if necessary, and with group solidarity. The rest are all wealthy enough to defend themselves, even though what they colluded in is indefensible.
