      Depends on what you mean by “concludes,” if you mean as an anime with no more seasons, then I haven’t read anything about a second season yet, so it could be over after this season (which is 13 episodes, so 2 left). However, if you mean the entire story, then this anime covers up to chapter 39 of the manga from what I’ve heard (having read at least that far myself, that’s a decent stopping point so I believe it), so that’s up to and including the first 2 chapters from volume 6 of the manga. The manga is still ongoing and currently has 8 volumes already released in English, with somewhere around 100 more chapters in Japanese.

    Subaru’s been the biggest revelation in the last couple of episodes - she’s so completely on their side, and that means so much.

    And dad was awesome - what kind of cake to make didn’t start with flavor or anything - it started with what Rintaro wanted to communicate and how he wanted Waguri to feel. Now that’s a craftsman.

    Such a great series…
