Someone already said the title, but I’ll add some context: alien terrorists have taken over a luxury cruise (space)ship where Bruce Willis is on a mission as an undercover special forces operative. The guy in the picture is the President of Earth who is in a situation room with his commanding officer, listening to what was supposed to be a covert op play out on a very popular radio show.
It’s a fantastic movie, I highly recommend it.
