I dislike Trump, but even a broken clock is right twice. This entire high speed rail project is a left over Jerry Brown scam. It’s a literal waste of money.
High speed rail is not a scam.

as much as it has gone over budget, i think it would still be a great step in public transportation. i see the rail as a benefit to society, so the expensive (and expanding) price tag still seems like it the right choice to me.
i understand the argument around the expense, but just have an opposite view <3
