In the early hours of July 13, activists took direct action against a Raytheon Technologies warehouse in 838 55 Ave NE, AB, Calgary, Canada in strong opposition to the company’s role in the ongoing Israeli genocide on the Palestinian people. The vandalism includes smashed windows, a fire set within the warehouse and “Let Gaza Live” spray painted in red across the exterior.

The action was done in service of the global revolution against imperialism and in solidarity with the people of Gaza who even before October 2023 have suffered incremental genocide by decades of siege, dispossession and periodic bombing campaigns, and since October 2023 have been subjected to one of the most atrocious campaign of mass annihilation the modern era has ever seen. Actionists are demanding the Canadian government to impose a 2 way arms embargo on Israel and to restrict Canadian facilities from producing components sent to Israel via intermediaries such as the United States.
