I get up at 5 am to game with my friend until 8 am for real tho… All it took was rejecting some very strong societal norms from my employer and from school schedules. And some powerful artificial lighting in my bedroom.
As someone who goes to sleep at 7 am, most real comment Ive ever read on any post ever
