After the U.S. Supreme Court restricted the power of lower courts, a federal judge in New Hampshire blocked President Donald Trump's attack on birthright citizenship, allowing a class action lawsuit against his executive order to proceed.

“We are fighting to ensure President Trump doesn’t trample on the citizenship rights of one single child,” said a member of the legal team behind the class action suit.
