Just went yesterday, it was awesome!

I did the full sensory deprivation, no sound/light while floating for 1hr

At first my tinnitus became overwhelming, but after it died down I just started thinking about random things and my body drifted away.

It felt like sleeping but being totally awake, it’s called a theta brainwave state.

Before i knew it the music came on to tell me an hr was up, it legit felt like 10min but I was in there for more than an hr lol

Do you expect some longer term benefits? Are you planning to repeat the experience?

I didn’t know what to expect. I was curious about trying it ever since I learned about sensory deprivation.

I went on Saturday and today I’m still feeling more relaxed than usual, I didn’t even have my usual morning nausea waking up for work today :3

I’ll definitely go again. This was a bday gift, and individual appointments are like 80$, so probably not for a while, but I want to do it again for sure!

It was super relaxing. At some point, I even got nauseous from my stomach muscles relaxing and untightening, but it passed fast.

I’ve been feeling way more relaxed all day, too. I would totally recommend it! :3
