    Introverts remembering they have to ask people questions:

    Jokes aside, anxiety and introvercy can come across as narcissistic behavior. It’s inevitable. Cool people don’t care, though.

    My mom does this every time I call her. She just keeps on talking. There is a difference between talking and having a conversation.

    See, I’m the kinda guy that’ll just say, “slow down, hoss, take a breath. It’s all good. We got time.”

    And I’ll mean it, otherwise I’d be telling them to stfu and leave me alone.

    The third step is where you’re failing. They said you talk a lot, not that you need to stop talking. Whenever someone says this, just take a breath, say something like “sorry, I’m really excited about this topic”, and then leave them a chamce to respond. Silence is ok, you don’t need to fill the void.
