As far as MBFC goes, they are the least trustworthy genocide aplogists so whatever they say I ignore.
I don’t trust a site that rates itself as being the most credible. It’s better to just not even rate yourself at all if you have a site like that.
I think we’re seeing early indicators of the potential legal shit storms in our near future. It’s anecdotal for now. Perhaps it’s worthwhile to start capturing metrics so there’s an empirical view and what guard rails are needed - unless we think court ruling, after the fact, are sufficient.

I’m not sure how I feel about this ruling honestly. Suicide is bad but holding companies liable for it seems like a stretch.
